WILD GODDESS: In a small group of women, we will awaken or revisit the wild woman within. Combining yoga, meditation, mindfulness techniques, chanting, council, and deep connection with nature, we will celebrate the wild and sacred feminine within ourselves and in the earth. As we embody the goddess within, we will explore our unique and multi-dimensional feminine qualities of nurturing, mothering, sensuality, fertility, healing, protection, and wisdom. Following the elements, we will spend time together embodying and becoming one with nature, while celebrating the sisterhood of women.

SELF COMPASSION: In order to love, we have to start with ourselves. In this day-long retreat, we will explore three aspects of self-compassion: self-kindness, mindfulness and recognizing our connection with others. Through different meditations, mindfulness practices, intentional wandering in the wild, and council (a sacred way of sharing deeply in a group of people), you will be given an opportunity to experience a softening towards yourself while held in the loving presence of Nature.
