About / Philosophy
Soul Terra is an advisory practice born from a critical insight: healing is not an accident, but a natural quality of balanced systems. When our institutions, environments, and communities fracture, it is a design failure—a modern crisis of disembodiment that leads to cultural disconnection and burnout. True ecological reciprocity and social cohesion scale from the micro to the macro; they begin when individuals recognize their intrinsic value and purpose within the broader ecosystem. As a nurse leader, academic, and social architect, I founded Soul Terra to help individuals, groups, and organizations transition away from survival mode. Together, we navigate what intentionally designed environments of care look like in practice, shifting fractured structures into resilient, regenerative systems.
